If you are interested in psychoanalysis in general, or in my work in particular, there may be an option to study with me privately. This could include delving into my writings, focusing on a particular topic, or exploring together a work of art through readings.

Private study involves a tailor-made curriculum, one-to-one instruction, and in-depth discussion over a period of time (that is, it’s not meant for a learning over a couple of meetings). If you want to learn alongside your colleagues or peers, it can also involve forming a small, short-term study group, with a particular focus. (For clinicians: please note that private study is a different prospect than individual supervision. If you want to inquire about supervision, you can contact me at avgisaketopoulou@gmail.com For writers: while I am happy to discuss concepts and ideas that may be relevant to what you are writing, private study is not writing consultation per se).

Fees reflect the individualized nature of this approach. I am not currently offering a sliding scale option for private study.
